This 4 hour session provides clarity to you on why you are in pain, through an assessment and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) screen. You'll also get familiar with your new fitness equipment, program platform, and what to expect for the next four weeks.
Follow the program
Your custom app will guide you every step of the way through your strength and conditioning program. Open your calendar, see what's on the schedule for the day, and get to work.
Be Coachable
Group and individual coaching calls are there to keep you on track and informed what to do next. You'll use them to ask questions, check form, and ensure confidence you're doing all the right things.
