SINGLES

Saturday Morning Scrimmage

    • A great way to meet other players
    • 10 am – 12 Noon every Saturday
    • Three on a court playing cutthroat
    • Contact Cam Bell to sign up

House league

  • Players are split into teams and each team has 3 or 4 divisions.
  • Players compete against other players in same division 
  • All games scheduled for one night during the week
  • Winning team gets bragging rights
  • Contact Marina Bennett to Participate

Calcutta 

  • One week of intense fun from Thursday to Thursday
  • Be one of the 32 to sign up prior to opening night
  • Players are handicapped and all are required to attend opening night – Thursday evening
  • Players are auctioned on opening night.
  • A draw then takes place to determine who plays who
  • First game must be played by the Sunday
  • Winners then go on to play the next day 
  • Final takes place on the following Thursday
  • Look for sign up board outside Singles court in January

Club Championship – April / May

    • Determine who is the winner of their division
    • All members are entered into Club Championships

    DOUBLES

    Tuesday / Thursday League (TnT)

      • A social league
      • Four players are selected to play at various times throughout Tuesday and Thursday. 
      • Contact Phil Wilkie to participate

    A/B tournament

    • 32 players sign up for this fun competition
    • All players are ranked from 1 – 32
    • “A”players are then paired with “B” players, i.e. 1 pairs with 32, 2 pairs with 31, 3 is pairs with 30 etc
    • Games then take place within set deadline and there is a consolation round
    • Look for sign up board outside doubles court in October

    Century tournament

      • Teams enter the competition and their joint ages must be = or < than 100
      • Draw takes place at start of competition
      • Games are played by deadlines. 
      • Consolation round
      • Look for sign up board outside doubles court in January

    Calcutta

    • Teams enter the competition and are handicapped prior to the start
    • All teams attend opening night where the draw takes place
    • Games are played by deadlines. 
    • Consolation round
    • Look for sign up board outside doubles court in March

    Club Championship

      • All doubles members are invited to participate
      • Teams pair up to determine the best pair of the season
